WBS

Before you start developing project plan in MS project based on our scenario. I strongly recommend that you  prepare your WBS on paper or any WBS generating software, also discuss with stakeholders on how they want to document the project.

It is tempting for many of us to start entering task directly in MS project task sheet but there are chances that with this approach you may miss some task, spend some time on your graphical WBS and discuss with all stakeholders.

For creating project plan for our scenario we will use typical project cycle like Analysis, Build and Deploy.

Let's break our Analysis WBS further into sub wbs like below.
