Scenario

Following Imaginary Scenario we will use to explore MS project by example.

Company XXSDCC Inc. is Giant manufacturing company from Europe who want to ramp-down there old legacy software system with new generation web based solution they also want to extend the software to take care there manual work. With this project they want to change there old hardware and respective vendor.

Constraints

1. Due to another ongoing project this project can be only started after 30th Nov 2014.
2. The new hardware will be only available on 5th Jan 2015.
3. As many people off during X-Mas vacation it is suggested to complete the manual work analysis with business before 18th Dec.
4. The Hardware sizing must be submitted to vendor by 22nd Dec, any delay will result delay in delivering new hardware and lead to commercial impact.
5. As the company is located in different place you need to invite all to one location for workshops.
6. Due to recent increase in power consumption government has declared Power cut for four hours every First Thursday of month for four hours starting from 1 Nov 2014 till 15 Feb 2015.

NOTE: The above scenario is fake one and there is no relevence to any actual project. The overall aim is to keep the project simple but at the same time it should touchbase the different features Microsoft Project offers.In actual project you need to maintain different documents here we will only focus on MS project only.
