Now save you project to the desired location. One thing you must remember that the first time you save the file, the file name is assigned to Project summary task. Project assumes that this is name of your Project.
For whatever reason if you are not saving the file as your project name you need to manually save the project summary task.
To do so, in Gantt chart window click on Format menu and select the “project summary task” checkbox from the show hide group.
Or you can click on file -> Option -> Advance option and select the “show Summary task”
When you do so you will find new task in task window
Now edit the Task Name and give your project some meaningful name.
In our case, our company wants us to save file with project code but internally we want the summary task as project name.
